• You will complete the trade as agreed

• Honor bookings and appointments
• Maintain professional standards
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.3 Transactions

All transactions are between users. MeetTheMinds is not a party to any transaction and is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of items or services
• The accuracy of listings
• The ability of users to complete transactions
• Disputes between users

6. Prohibited Items and Services

You may not list or trade:

• Illegal items or services
• Stolen goods
• Counterfeit or pirated items
• Hazardous materials
• Weapons or ammunition
• Drugs or controlled substances
• Adult content or services
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MeetTheMinds and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform, but by posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
